Green Amethyst
Green Amethyst, also known as Prasiolite is a green variation of Quartz. Since 1950, the only mine that produces natural forming Prasiolite is in Brazil. That location is almost completely mined out, making this variety of quartz one of the most rare. This light green quartz can also be obtained by combining heat and ionizing radiation on an Amethyst. This stone is believed to strengthen the will as well as the mind, attracting prosperity as well as good fortune.
